Registration Information
BEAT THE RUSH! REGISTER YOUR CATTLE AHEAD OF TIME! It is currently taking approx. 2 weeks to process registration work. If you need work sooner, you will need to apply a RUSH of $25/8 head. A follow-up phone call is required on all FAXED work. Please only fax work if it is a rush. All faxed work will be charged a rush fee. The office will get busier this fall and it will take longer to process work at that time.
We do hold work until we receive full payment. Please use a self billing worksheet when calculating amount due! These are available to print on our site. We also accept Visa / MasterCard.
ON-LINE REGISTRATIONS
We ask that you also send an email after submitting on-lines to let us know how many you have submitted and what form of payment you are using. Also include any additional comments on the work at this time.
MAPP vs. Breeders Choice
If you have not selected which program you are going to participate in starting 2009, please send us your selection so we can send out your inventory for those participating in the MAPP. Please remember, there is no additional fees for participation for 2009!
Parent Verification / TH & PHA
Please note that the AMAA requires that all DONOR DAMS and AI SIRES have DNA, TH, and PHA testing on file at the AMAA. The lab does NOT automatically send results to us unless you have completed a Request for Release form.If you need a DNA/Parent Verification kit ($35), please contact the AMAA and have the animal’s individual information ready.
